Size:

  1. Tear open pouch when ready to use.
  2. Place on pain area of lower back or hip with darker heat cells toward the skin.
  3. Adjust for comfort; do not overtighten.
  4. Wear for up to 8 hours for heat therapy.
  5. Discard after use; do not attempt to reheat.
  • This product can cause burns.
  • If 55 or older, wear over a layer of clothing and do not place directly on the skin.
  • Do not wear while sleeping.
  • Check skin frequently during use; if irritation or a burn develops, remove immediately.
  • Do not use:
    • If heat cells leak or wrap is damaged or torn
    • More than 8 hours in a 24-hour period
    • With medicated lotions, creams, or ointments
    • On unhealthy, damaged, or broken skin
    • On bruised or swollen areas within 48 hours of injury
    • On areas where heat cannot be felt
    • With other forms of heat
    • On individuals unable to remove the product themselves
  • Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are pregnant.
  • If product feels too hot, stop use or wear over clothing.
  • Do not place pressure on the wrap or wear under tight clothing or belts.
  • Remove before any MRI procedures.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor if pain worsens or lasts more than 7 days, or if burning, rash, swelling, or skin changes occur.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • If ingested, contact a medical professional or call Poison Control Center.
  • If heat cell contents contact skin or eyes, rinse with water and seek medical help.
  • Do not microwave or attempt to reheat.
