Daytime Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water, Polysorbate 80, Wintergreen Oil, Menthol, Thymol, Thyme Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Spearmint Oil, Fir Needle Siberian, Cassia Oil.
Nighttime Active Ingredients: Sodium Chloride (99.9% Pure Sea Salt).
Nighttime Inactive Ingredients: Purified Water, Polysorbate 80, Linalool, Linalyl Acetate, Lavender Oil, Menthol, Chamomile Oil Roman, Vanilla Absolute.

Do not use if you are allergic to menthol or any of the ingredients above.
Menthol causes a sensation that most people experience as “cooling” or “tingling” and find to be refreshing and enjoyable. However, some people describe a “stinging” or “burning” sensation they find to be unpleasant. This is usually mild and goes away shortly after use. If you experience stinging or burning, wait 24 hours before irrigating with an Alkalol® SaltPod®. You can immediately rinse out the nasal cavity by irrigating with a SaltPod® Original.
Only for use when mixed with 7.75 oz (or 230 ml) of water.
If you experience pain during use, stop immediately. If the pain continues, consult a healthcare professional.
If you experience swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.
Not for use by children under 12 years of age.
