  1. Remove pad from wrapper and peel away adhesive backing
  2. Place pad firmly inside underwear with adhesive side down
  3. Fold wings around the underside of underwear to help secure pad in place
  4. Change pad every 4–6 hours, or more often as needed
  5. Dispose of used pads in trash; do not flush
  • For external use only
  • Change pads regularly to help maintain freshness and comfort
  • Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation, rash, or allergic reaction occurs
