Size:

  • Men’s 8–14, trims to fit
  1. If the current shoe insoles are removable, take them out first.
  2. Place the removed insoles against the back of your orthotic insole and trim to match the old insole size.
  3. If the current shoe insoles are not removable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide on the bottom of the insole.
  4. Place insoles in your shoes, toes first, with the cloth side up.
  5. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe.
  6. Replace every six months or at the first sign of wear.
  • Stop use if pain or irritation occurs
