Hot and cold therapy

Hands free design for mobility

Hook and loop for adjustable fit for ankles/ wrist

Place the wrap onto the desired body part and adjust the hook & loop strap for a secure and comfortable fit.

For cold therapy, place the ankle wrap in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for at least 1 hour.

For heat therapy, microwave in 15 second increments flipping as needed, for a maximum of 45 seconds. If additional warmth is needed, flip and heat for another 15 seconds.

Care Instructions:

  • Cool completely on a non-flammable surface.
  • When completely cool, store in a cool, dry place.
  • Do not bleach or submerge in water.
  • Do not machine wash. To clean, use a damp cloth to lightly wipe surface.
  • Do not put in freezer if Ankle Hot/Cold Therapy Wrap is wet.

Caution:

  • As with any object placed in the microwave, heating the Ankle Hot/Cold Therapy Wrap for more than the recommended time can create a potential fire hazard.
  • Never leave item unattended in microwave.
  • Always check temperature of the wrap to ensure desired heat or coldness before use.
  • This item is not a toy, please keep away from pets and children.
  • If contents are leaking, discontinue use and discard.
