To use the TENS unit, start by connecting the pads to the wires, removing the protective film, and placing them on the desired area. Plug the wires into the device and turn it on by sliding the on/off switch. Select your preferred mode with the "M" button and adjust the intensity using the "+" and "-" buttons. You can set the timer from 10 to 60 minutes with the "T" button, and the device will default to 20 minutes. Use the middle round button to switch between channels or to pause the device by holding it for 3 seconds. To resume, press the button again. Finally, turn off the device by sliding the on/off switch.
