- Place the mask onto your face and adjust the hook & loop strap for a secure and comfortable fit.
- For cold therapy, place the mask in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- For heat therapy, microwave in 15-second increments, flipping as needed, for a maximum of 45 seconds. If additional warmth is needed, flip and heat for another 15 seconds.
- As with any object placed in the microwave, heating the wrap for more than the recommended time can create a potential fire hazard
- Never leave the item unattended in the microwave
- This item is not a toy, not recommended for children, pets, or for use on disabled persons
- If contents are leaking discontinue use and discard
- Always check the temperature of the wrap to ensure that the heat or coldness is okay before using
