• Cut the pouch open and remove one cooling gel sheet
• Remove the transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard
• Place the gel sheet on the skin
• If desired, cut the gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors
• Store unused gel sheets in the foil pouch to prevent drying
• Reseal the pouch by tightly folding the pouch twice along the dotted lines
• Store the dry sheets in a cool, dry place (They may even be stored in a refrigerator for extra cooling)
• For sanitary purposes, use each sheet only once and discard them after use

Use the gel sheets only as directed. They are designed for external use, only.

If excessive redness, irritation, burning or discomfort of the skin develops, discontinue use and consult a physician immediately.

Do not apply the gel sheets to wounds or to irritated, damaged, sunburned, or very sensitive skin.

When cooling gel sheets are used on very young children, use them only under adult supervision.

The cooling gel sheet will not stick to skin if the skin is wet, or if the gel sheet comes into contact with hair, eyebrows, or clothing.
